Investing in a therapeutic massage is an investment in your health.
My suggestion to everyone is, become aware of what your body is trying to tell you. What the therapist feels in your body, you will feel too and can help you decide on a course of action.
I offer a range of modalities. Each session is tailored to meet your specific issues and needs. I work the whole body or a specific area (with your consent). My work tends to be intuitive in nature, and I am largely guided by what your body says to me.
